Do I get the sign board too, or just the post?

Just the post and the hanging hardware. You print and supply your own sign board — the same kit Irish estate agents have been using for years. We don't sign-write for you, so your branding always stays yours.
How long does dispatch take?

Posts are held in stock, not built to order. Orders are dispatched across Ireland — you'll get a tracking number by email the moment your post ships.
What does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. Courier delivery across Ireland — tracking number arrives by email when your post leaves the yard.
Can I order one post or is there a minimum?

Order one or fifty. There's no minimum order and no trade gating. Single flat price — €125 ex-VAT per post, whether you're buying one or twenty.
What if a post arrives damaged?

Reply to your order confirmation email with a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We send out a replacement from stock. Full detail in our Refund policy.
Will I get a VAT-compliant invoice?

Yes. Every order generates a Revenue-compliant VAT invoice — sequentially numbered, both VAT numbers shown, line-item breakdown — available on your order page the moment your payment clears. Tap “View your order” in the confirmation email, scroll to the bottom of the order page, then click the green invoice number beside “VAT” — downloads as a PDF for Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks. How long does the post take to install?

About 5 minutes per post on site — drive the steel anchor in with a lump hammer, slot the assembled post over it, hang your sign board on the clips. The one-time out-of-box assembly (rail through, retaining key, end caps) takes about 15 minutes the first time. Step-by-step on the installation page.
Can I return a post I haven't used?

Yes — within 14 days, in original flat-pack packaging. You pay return shipping; we refund once we've received it back at the yard in original condition. Full terms on the returns policy.
Do you ship outside Ireland?

Currently Ireland only. Our courier network is Irish-focused. If you need a bulk order delivered overseas, email info@signandpost.ie and we'll work something out.
Who actually runs Sign & Post?

Sign & Post is the trading name of sfmAuctioneers Ltd, an Irish company. We've been putting property signs up for years and built this site as the supplier we wanted to buy from. More on the About page.
